Brinley Lula

We are so happy to announce the birth of another beautiful Riches girl.:)
Brinley Lula Riches was born at 10:56am on June 18, 2014.

She was 7lbs 2oz and 20in long. 

She is perfect and very loved by her big brother and big sisters.:)

Labor was quick and went really well. I was induced so we headed to the hospital at 7:30am. We got all settled in and got the potocin going and my antibiotic for group B strep around 8:30am. The doctor broke my water a little before 9am. I got my epidural in a little after 9:30am. After 10am I could still feel the contractions on my right side so the nurse went to get the epidural guy back in to help me out but the next contraction I felt pressure and knew she was ready to come. The epidural guy came and fixed my epidural while Mike went and found our nurse and she called for Dr. Ward. It just took one contraction and 2 pushes and Brinley was here!

Ella Turns 3!

Our sweet, crazy Ella turned 3! It is crazy how time flies! We started the day in Wichita Falls. We had gone up the night before to celebrate Jared's graduation. We headed back home that afternoon and celebrated with all our family. 

We are so thankful for this little girl. She is a lot of fun and keeps us on our toes. I am so excited for her to become a big sister in just a few short weeks.:)

Ella blew the candles out as soon as Mike lit them the first time.:) So we had to start again.

I think Ali was more excited about opening presents then Ella was!

Ena turns 8!

Our beautiful Ena is 8 years old! She is an amazing girl with a sweet and tender heart. Megan took Ena's pictures for her baptism. I love all of them. They capture Ena perfectly.:)

braids!

My new favorite hobby is finding new braids for my girl's hair. It is a lot of fun for me but I am pretty sure they are tired of me making them hold still.:)

 

My baby is 2!! I can't believe how fast she is growing up! Ella brings so much joy in our home! She loved being the center of attention! We had Mike's dad and step-mom here to help us celebrate.:)

Brielle is all about Dora. It is the only show that she will watch! If we try to watch something else you will hear a loud "NO!" She loves to sing and loves her big sisters and brother. She walks on her tip toes almost constantly..I always say "Hi Miss Tippy Toes!" She is talking more and more. She has the sweetest smile and the most beautiful blue eyes I've ever seen..people are always talking about her eyes.:) We love love love our baby Ella Belle!

 

Lauren Graduates!

Our Awesome niece, Lauren, graduated from high school and we got to go be apart of her big day. We are so proud of her and excited for this next chapter in her life!
