9 months!

Earlier this week this week this girl was not happy..she was teething and had a cough and just really grumpy.:( Mike was headed out of town for the week so I asked him to give her a blessing before he left. He and my dad gave her a blessing and in it he said that she would feel better and again bring joy into our home again. Since then I've had my happy baby back..She is sleeping and eating and happy. And she is bringing lots of joy to our home!

My Parents

So recently my parents were to called to serve in the Dallas Temple once a month. And even though I know that the temple needs them and they need the temple I can't help but think that maybe the Lord also knew that I needed them. It has been a great blessing to be able to see them once a month. I love that they get to see little Brinley grow and all my kids LOVE having them here. The last few years have been hard on me..having Brelyn and Ella so close and having three little ones at home this year..it's fun but overwhelming..this week Mike is out of town and if my mom hadn't been here to help get the kids fed and to bed I'm pretty sure my night would have ended in tears feeling overwhelmed and alone but instead I had her here to keep me calm. It was one of those nights where the kids were crazy and whiny and everyone needed me at the same time..she was there to swoop in fill in where needed. So even though they are doing great work at the temple they are also doing great work here! And I am so grateful!

Spring Break Getaway!

We headed to Pappy's Paradise to end our spring break. It was the perfect getaway! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The Cabin was awesome! It rained a lot but we still had a lot of fun. I love being with my family..they are the best! :)

She is wild and crazy, she lives in her own little world, she sings all the time..at the top of her lungs, she steals my pillow, she giggles, she answers questions with silly answers to get a laugh, she makes messes and blames them on sneaky foxes, she has no fear, she loves everyone, she is on the go, she is magical and beautiful and joyful and I couldn't love her more!
