Joplin Missouri

On our way home from Kansas we drove through Joplin, MO to see the tornado damage. It was devastating. Our hearts go out to all the people who lost so much!

Bradley's Baptism

A long time ago in a beautiful place,
Children were gathered ’round Jesus.
He blessed and taught as they felt of His love.
Each saw the tears on His face.
The love that He felt for His little ones
I know He feels for me.
I did not touch Him or sit on His knee,
Yet, Jesus is real to me.

I know He lives!
I will follow faithfully.
My heart I give to Him.
I know that my Savior loves me.

This weekend we went to Kansas to have Bradley baptized in the same font as his dad.:) It was such a special weekend. We really enjoyed being with family and celebrating Bradley's decision to get baptized.:)

Bradley has a lot of people who love him and were able to come.:) I think we almost doubled their primary at church.:)

After the baptism we headed to Grandpa and Grandma Riches for a big lunch and a big cake!We are so proud of Bradley!

How often is it that you have the same missing tooth as your little sister?!?

I thought I would get a picture of Brielle in the first outfit we ever bought her...

The first ultrasound lady was so sure that we were expecting a boy..but Brielle is all girl.:)

Lauren!

Our niece, Lauren, came to visit for the week. She helped entertain the big kids and keep Brelyn out of trouble.:) She was such a big help and we loved having her in our home!!
While she was here we took her to her favorite restaurant..Panda Express.:)mmmm!!

Brielle's Blessing

We were blessed to have my mom and dad and Mike's dad and step-mom here for our little Brielle's blessing day. It was a great weekend to be together! We really enjoyed having our families here.:)

Brielle slept through the whole blessing.:) She looked beautiful in the little dress that Mike had brought home from his mission in Africa.:)

4th of July

We started the day with a yummy all american breakfast..

We ended the day shooting off some fireworks with our neighbors and enjoying some ice cream! This was Brelyn's face the whole time the fireworks were going on..she was not a fan!
