Grandpa's Been Here..

You can always tell when Grandpa comes because he leaves behind a trail of finished projects.:) We are so glad that Mike's Dad and Step-Mom got to come visit us for Labor Day weekend. It truly was a weekend of labor for Mike and Harv.:) They got a lot done!! We really appreciate all they did!!

Here's some of their fun projects..

They put in outlets and lights in our shed. It was not an easy task to take electricity all the way out there and then bury the wires..especially in the north Texas clay.:)

Our front door dead bolt has been broken forever..I feel a lot more safe now that I can lock my door.:)

They also put a much needed ceiling fan in Mike's office. It looks and works great!

After Ena watched Grandpa fix the handle on Mike's office door she exclaimed "Grandpa your like Handy Manny!"

It's nice to have our very own Handy Manny right in our own family!:)
