Trip to Houston

Mike had some business to do in Houston so we tagged along and made it a family vacation. While Mike worked Jessie, the kids and I played.:) We went to the zoo and rode the train and did a lot of swimming.

Bradley was sooo worried about Brelyn falling off. Even though she was sitting in my lap he still held on to her ankle and shorts.:)

While we were there we were able to drive by and show the kids the Houston Temple where Mike and I were married.:)

We also got to visit some old friends. We had a great time with Shanna and her kids. It was so nice to visit and let the kids play.:)

Our best friends, Joe and Afton, came to visit us this month. It was so good to see them again!:)

We went shopping and swimming and played at the parks and ate ice cream and had late night chats. We had so much fun!

Time went too fast! We hope we get to be together again soon!

It's Summer Time!!

It's officially summer time!! This is my favorite time of year! I love having Bradley home and being able to do whatever we want! I hope the summer goes by slow but I have a feeling it is going to go way too fast!

A few nights ago I found all the neighborhood kids hanging out on the steps telling each other stories..too fun!

This summer we have a special guest in our home..Our niece Jessie is staying with us. She is babysitting for our neighbors this summer. We love having Jessie in our home. She is so much fun and the kids adore her.:) Ena loves loves loves Jessie! She is her little shadow following her around wherever she goes.:)

My mom and dad came to our house and celebrated my dad's 60th birthday and their 38th wedding anniversary. They spent the morning at the temple and then we went swimming and had a yummy dinner and my dad camped out with Bradley and Ena. We loved having them here!!

Bradley's last day of school was June 5th. I can't believe he is done with first grade already! He has learned so much this year and is growing too fast! He is a great reader and loves learning. I think his favorite thing to learn this year was about whales.

Ena, Brelyn and I got to go to his end of the school year party. He loved having us there.:) And we loved being there.:)

Mike's Birthday!

We had a great time celebrating Mike's Birthday this year! We had dinner at Taco Bell and shared cake and ice cream with friends!
